2023 HR-V Performance Specs

Efficiency will always be one of the areas where the Honda HR-V is the strongest. The automaker’s engineers have equipped the 2023 HR-V with a naturally aspirated 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, making 158 horsepower (+ 15 hp) and 138 pound-feet (+11 lb.-ft.) of torque. All 2023 HR-V trim grades use a continuously variable transmission.

Updated Handling Profile

The Honda HR-V has always been fun-to-drive, but the 2023 version dials that up a little for the current model year. Wheelbase measurements have been increased by 45 mm, and the track is 55 mm wider in the front and 64 mm wider in the rear, increasing stability on the road. Additionally, an improved suspension system has been introduced to the 2023 HR-V that offers a smoother ride and a more responsive feel for people behind the wheel.

More Advanced Technology

Honda has never been shy about equipping its platforms with incredible connectivity technology. In 2023, the HR-V will be available with a digital instrument display and a larger (9-inch) touchscreen on EX-L Navi trims. All trims offer compatibility with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. However, the top-of-the-line EX-L Navi model makes this connectivity wireless. A wireless charging tray is also standard in the 2023 Honda HR-V EX-L Navi.

Access to apps and email aren’t the only impressive tech features found with the latest HR-V models. Drivers and passengers of all 2023 HR-V models will have Honda Sensing® looking out for potential dangers while they’re out on the road.
