From our online search, to phone call inquiry, to in person details our salesperson Dale was professional and supportive. He listened to our requirements and did a stellar job of finding a choice of vehicles to consider. Never pushy, always polite and professional, and even going the extra mile. We had to drive in from 2 hrs away to take a test drive so I asked him to hold onto the vehicle till we got there. He did and was there to meet us when we arrived.I also appreciated the manager, Brendan, who was in contact with us even before we arrived and was pleasant and personable while totally up front and professional in his dealings with us.From beginning to end it was an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle from this company and we felt we drove out with the best car at the best price. I would be proud and enthusiastic to recommend working with this dealership.
I would highly recommend Bannister Honda in Vernon if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. This was my second purchase from this dealership and both times were a pleasure. Vihaan and Brendan conducted themselves with true professionalism and they both were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Que in the finance department took such good care of me that I then recommended her to my father-in law to resolve an issue from another dealership. In both cases she had nothing to gain in the short term as my vehicle was purchased from the dealership before she worked there and father in law is in another town. Que’s customer service, experience and extensive knowledge was evident as she resolved issues other dealership finance managers were un-able to. We both love our ridgelines and will be replacing them with Que.
My day didn't start out great with a flat tire on the hwy but my luck changed when Lucas came out to help me out of my predicament. He was professional and very helpful, and also extremely nice and friendly. Lucas has a humble way about him that is very likeable. Thank you so much, you were very appreciated!!

Went in for a regular service and to get my tires changed from winters to summers. I was delivered to my office after dropping off the vehicle and they picked me up promptly when job was finished. The whole process ran smoothly with no surprises. I will definitely be going back.
